V.I.P.Scilab	V.I.P.Scilab is a Video and Image Processing toolbox for Scilab. V.I.P.Scilab 1.0 can work with any machine that has Scilab-2.7, Windows Media Player under Windows or Mplayer under Linux. It need SIP and ImageMagick support.
